A modern multi-layered design we did for a family within a secure golfing estate. The design called for tight building and design guidelines, not to mention the very poor soil conditions this area possesses. We created a series of pitched elements all linked via flat elements, with a feature off-shutter concrete beam tying it all together. The entertainers pool wraps around the floating glass enclosed entertainment room on 3 sides, thus creating an island effect. A design that called for strong engineering…….
