A large contemporary design we did on a severely sloping site within the city limits. The site resembles an ocean view site, but with no ocean, only views to distant mountains. This design will eventually form part of an exclusive development of only 12 very upmarket homes. We created a multi-level design with roof gardens and terraces, and all the modern eco-friendly systems we could throw at it. This home is basically 100% off the grid if it needs to be. Solar power and heating, cooling and backup, rainwater harvesting, grey water treatment, double glazed windows and doors, integrated home automation, lighting and audio.
