A design on the coast within an eco-estate. A study in steel, stone and glass. The lot has views to die for…. It sits overlooking a primary park, with distant views to mountains and the see. The design called for maximum views from all rooms, but still maintaining privacy for the owners. We had to take the prevailing wind into account, thus creating open and enclosed entertainment areas depending on wind conditions……
