A contemporary design we did for a family within a secure residential area. The lot was a large sub-division with an existing tennis court on it. We designed a home with strong modern design elements, glass, cantilevers and multiple layers. The home features a double volume glass entry forming the main spine to the rest of the home. All living areas are open plan with volumes to the sky. The kid’s bedrooms feature private floating loft rooms within the roof space, giving each child their own space to do with what they please. The home features the latest in home automation with integrated audio and lighting, solar backup and water purification.
