A striking contemporary design we did for a young professional couple and their family. The home features an enclosed courtyard design for maximum privacy, but still maintaining distant views. A pool, outdoor firepit and a glass enclosed patio are a feature of the courtyard. A feature of the kid’s bedrooms are built in loft rooms, private reading or play spaces for them using the roof volume. The kids love it….. The covered entrance features a cantilevered in-situ cast concrete box as a divider between the two separate living wings.
