A striking contemporary design with many layers. This bespoke home sits on a medium size lot overlooking a man-made dam and a park. The site featured a very narrow street access, which made the on-site parking and garage layouts a challenge. Designed for an international client who travels extensively and needed a lock up and go lifestyle with minimal maintenance. The home features an extensive solar heating and electricity supply system, and as many eco-friendly systems as we could throw at it.
