House 13

A bespoke design on a small severely sloping lot within an eco-conscious estate. The design we did here was a little different to the norm. The bedrooms open to the garden on the lower level, with the living areas above gaining the distant views to the river and horse paddocks. The garden featured a pool with a 3m infinity edge waterfall, a built in hot tub and terrace garden levels. Planting was planned within the “hard” paved areas to add a level of “softness”.
