A bold statement for a bold client. We wanted to create something different here. The design is on 3 levels around an enclosed courtyard. A massive 20m pool and outdoor firepit for entertaining is situated within the courtyard. The home features the state of the art home automation featuring integrated audio, video and lighting control systems. The basement features marine windows into the pool, thereby flooding the basement with light when needed……. The entrance is an 11m high off-shutter arch, leading to a steel bridge over the courtyard pool. Bold indeed…..;
